These terms keep PickleClarity useful, safe, and fair for everyone who learns, organizes, and plays here.
Using PickleClarity
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, follow applicable laws, and use the service only for lawful pickleball learning and coordination.
Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam, exploit, or endanger others. Do not publish private addresses or sensitive personal information. Hosts may manage their activities, and PickleClarity may investigate reports or restrict accounts to protect the community.
Games and facilities
Players and hosts are responsible for confirming schedules, facility rules, fees, weather, accessibility, and personal readiness. Court listings and community submissions may be incomplete or outdated.
Health and safety
Pickleball involves physical activity and risk. Use appropriate judgment, equipment, supervision, and medical guidance. PickleClarity does not provide medical advice or guarantee another player’s identity, conduct, or skill level.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PickleClarity permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to share.
Service availability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Features may be modified or discontinued, and access may be limited when necessary for maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
Account suspension and deletion
We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. You may request deletion from your Account page. Some limited records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
